to make it shorter I had brain surgery had to settle he got primary. He let me see them then just stopped. I tried everything and nothing. no contact. he was living with his pregnant gf in nov 2015 when I got to file after getting back to work and I didnt get any response for my er order until
feb. 22, 2016 my lawyer gave me the wrong date. I tried and tried to see my kids all three are 100% mine and the other two's fathers were always there but sent away no visitation. when I was given word after being given the run around they said my rights were terminated. I don't understand he married his wife 02/2016 not a month later she gets my kids my children are my everything. The GAL on my case was suppose to meet with me at my home, my kids, and stuff and all I got was a 30 min maybe scolding in junivile court for having 3 kids by 3 diff. men even though his current wife has 4 what can I do I want my babies. My oldest is 14, middle is 10 almost and youngest is almost 9
A: You need to hire a NEW experienced family law attorney IMMEDIATELY, to appeal, or get another hearing. There is a 30 day time limit involved. Before you get a new attorney, instruct your current attorney, IN WRITING, to file a motion for a new trial. Good luck.
