A: I would think that corruption would always be premeditated, but that's probably another discussion. Needless to say, you need to consult with an attorney. These kinds of problems cannot be solved over the internet.

i assume you realize there is no way to answer that question without more info.
i would suggest you write out a detailed summary of the facts with names, addresses, phone and email.
most lawyers you call will not handle that case..............i would not be interested either so instead of repeating the info over and over have something you can email to a lawyer.
