Orange, TX asked in Car Accidents and Personal Injury for Texas

Q: 3yr old son and grandma hit by a car in parking lot? What do I do as his mother?

He was with her in a different city 25mi.away. they were there for shoes and walking back to the truck. So if the car is on my mother in law's left then my son was opposite and vice versa. The lady proceeded to back out of her space striking my mother in law knocking her down on to my son causing him to hit the ground. My son was freaking out so they didn't take them in an ambulance. They are at the emergency room now.

A: Speak to an attorney as soon as possible. You, on behalf of your son, may have a claim, as well as grandma, against the driver. You need to keep a diary of what happened and the injuries sustained. Sorry you are going through this.
