Q: Is a deferred sentence possible?
The individual has already received two driving while license suspended convictions in traffic court and is now charged with a misdemeanor in criminal court for the same crime. Individual also has numerous license suspensions from missed court dates and not paying tickets on time, but has since paid off all tickets and license has been reinstated.
