Q: My child has been removed from the state without my permission.my child support was dismissed and moved to Co. I have
filed for a motion to show cause & motion to vacate court order based on rule 60Motion for an expedited custody determination uccjea 50A and/ or UIFSA 52c . I don't know where my daughter is and the courts dismissed my case to be picked up in Colorado. They wont tell me anymore information and I still to this day don't know where my daughter is. I filed this paperwork and my paper worked was stamped filed nov 20. When I call the clerks office they said the file number I am giving them is in reference to child support and they cant deal with this. I need to know how do I get this put on the calendar or in front of a judge?I have the motions saying filed. The clerks office says I need to go threw child support office. I am filing this against child support agency since they did this without my knowledge and I am trying to get this back in front of the original state. Also my arrears have been building up due to me not knowing where to file a modification bc I cant find her
