Q: Who should I contact for a temporary court ordered restraining order filled for recent abuse?
Had a recent 4 year relationship that resulted in a break up. I don't want to bother anyone but my ex-girlfriend filled a restraining order about something not true from a year ago so she could be with my "friend". She also lied about recent events that she labeled as recent abuse.
