Baytown, TX asked in Family Law, Personal Injury and Domestic Violence for Texas

Q: My boyfriend has been hitting me The first time he hit my face with my own phone Constantly hitting my face and pressing

down (doing pressure) on my face with my phone. He left me a red mark and a black eye, which I have pictures of. Last night he chocked me while laying down and let go once he saw it was getting hard for me to breathe. He proceeded to slamming my phone on the floor and breaking it. He picked up a broken piece, the screen to be more specific and threw it at my back which made bleed bad (I still have the mark). I have bruises all over my body.. Every time I ask for a break up he ends up showing up at my house and parks in front of my apartment for HOURS. What can I do in this case??
