Q: Is live streaming a person during a sexual intercourse illegal without his permission?
I Had invited to my girlfriend's a few days ago, noticed her phone placed in my direction like she was going to record. So I went to reach the phone but she didn't let me. Realized something's wrong and heard beeps. Long story short she was facetiming our intercourse with his guy friend. I'm not sure if he was recording over the phone but I'm sure he was watching and hung up when realized I noticed (explains the beeps). She accepted everything after all and told me the truth. My question is whether their act is illegal or not, and if yes can I take any legal action? I had no idea about what they did and was not informed that i'm on facetime with an stranger.
