Q: On November 1,2017 I saw a workers compensation doctor because of a work related Injury. I was placed on leave of

Of absence November 1,2017 til November 22,2017.Documentation to my employer was given in person. On Nov.13,2017 I was approved FMLA job protection,on Nov.14,2017 I had a email terminating me for job abandonment. Then the beginning of Dec.2017 her said I was reinstated my job back Nov.28,2017. Can I sue my employer for this wrongful termination?

A: What wrongful termination? If your employer reinstated you to your former position, or job, then I don't understand your issue. What do you want, your job or a lawsuit?
