Q: I have no rights to my child but want a court order for psychological evaluation on my mother and stepdad to make sure
I have been into court and tried to reopen my case and I was not able to get my evidence heard in my Fourth Amendment right was violated and I'm trying to find out what else I can file to get my case we looked at and um substantial evidence on myself and I'm not with the daddy who was an abuser I'm meeting to see what I can do because I was abused as a child. My mother keeps me from my child after she promised me I could still see my child and I have recordings that I can send as well I have a whole case that I can send as well but I need to know what I can file so I can at least get my mom and my step-dad evaluated to make sure that my child is safe my mother refuses to let my child go to a therapist when both daddy and mommy have mental disorders and he's six and needs to be evaluated as well my mother has addiction issues and needs to be evaluated as well this is not a safe placement for my son and I have changed the conditions and I would like to reopen my case

Don't quite understand questions, or have enough information. Why don't you have rights to your child? Why do your parents have child? Were you represented by attorney at hearing?
You should consult an experienced Family Law Attorney, in your area, for help with this problem
