Q: Follow up on my last question...

Do I have to have ex husbands permission to take our child on vacation? He has no custody or visitation.

A: Do any of the papers from your divorce address this? If they do, you've got to follow what they say. If the papers don't address it and you're going on vacation for a couple of weeks (as opposed to moving) and it doesn't interfere with his visitation or custody (since you say he doesn't have any, you should be okay.

It may be a good idea to let him know you'll be gone so he doesn't worry if he can't get in touch with you or the kids.
