Q: I have a right to sue letter from the EEOC for a claim disability discrimination in which I was fired from my job.
Employer stated I was fired for other reason. If my medical accommodation was never made could they make up other reason to fire me?
A: Employers frequently will try and produce alternative, legal reasons for termination of an employee. You should talk to a local employment lawyer ASAP to discuss your case, as a person must file suit within 90 days of an EEOC right to sue letter.
