A: If you have a claim against a former employer for assault and battery by a supervisor, you need a lawyer. Maybe two lawyers. One to protect your rights in the bankrutpcy court, and one to fight for you on the tort claim. Trying to handle those yourself is a real chance to miss deadlines and forfeit rights.
