It was court ordered for nc parent to claim my son. The court order never states u til he was 18 and I never signed a further agreement. I'm being taken to court because I claimed my son in 2015-16 and being told that I disobeyed the court order.

For example, does it say the non-custodial parent can claim your son "beginning in 2014" or other language indicating his right to make the claim was ongoing? Or does it say the non-custodial parent can claim your son "in 2014" without language indicating his right to make the claim continued beyond that year?
If the language indicates the right began in 2014 and continued into future years, you likely have a problem.
