Q: I was a passenger in car and driver throws drugs out passengers side window and doesnt own up
And a scale was also thrown out aswhile and Both get arrest and took in and get charge for sales and trafficking.driver was on parole and didnt admitted to the stuff that was thrown out. I sure wasnt gonna say who it was. All u need to know it wasnt mine. just looking out for myself. I plead the 5th amendment. How can i get out of this mess

JUST BECAUSE THE DRIVER ADMITS YOU WERE NOT INVOLVED DOES NOT MEAN COPS/DA WILL LISTEN.
EXPLAIN THIS TO YOUR LAWYER.
MAYBE SOMEONE CAN GET HIM TO "RIDE THE BEEF" AND TAKE THE BLAME AND AT LEAST TRY TO MINIMIZE YOUR EXPOSURE........IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE FOR BOTH OF YOU TO SUFFER.

A: Hire an attorney, or tell your public defender. I assume that your fingerprints aren't on the drugs since they weren't yours and you didn't throw them.
