A: South Carolina has never allowed drive-through alcohol sales and it would take a change in the ABC Regulations to accomplish this. It is not believed that there is a chance such a rule would pass as the Mothers Against Drunk Drivers would come out in force to stop what they believe would encourage drinking and driving.
