Q: When filing a petition for relocation do I have to file a certificate of compliance with mandatory disclosure?
The financial arrangements are not changing, all we want to do is relocate. The form only has two sections and neither of them applies to our situation so I am confused. Esp. as the free legal aid of Volusia county people gave me a list of everything I need to fill out to get the case going and this was on it.
A: For all new cases and most modifications mandatory disclosure is required; however, it is not due until 45 days after the case is filed.
