Q: about a year in a half ago at work me and a coworker had to work 22 straight hours .when we left after the long day on

the way back to the shop I was in my personal vehicle I had to drive to the jobsite from home the other employee rear ended me crushing my car and putting me out of work for the week which never got paid for because I could not get workers comp because I was basically told to keep my mouth shut and keep my job.slowly and gradually Ober the months my back was getting bad.was getting extremely painful.had to work a whole year like that and take a check for almost nothing from the insurance company. now I can't even Bend over the pain is to bad.no way I could even do my job cause it's a lotough of up and down.I can't prove other than a messed up back that I was told to keep my mouth shut and to take what was given and not to say anything about the working 22 straight hours. is there anything I can do about it. it's hard to just get out of bed anymore

A: You need to contact a member of the Ky Assn for Justice to see what can be done; they give free consults.. You had a case but it's been made muddy.
