We give her places and time to meet and she makes excuses why she can't meet up and won't let us see him he is 3yrs old and he has not seen his dad since he was 2
A: If you have a visitation order, you can enforce the order. If you do not have a visitation order, you should get one. Contact an attorney and they will be able to assist you in getting this situation resolved so you can see your child.

A: You should consult an experienced Family Law Attorney, in your area, for help with this problem. Get a visitation order in place. Good luck.
