Q: I Have been Charged with a 1 F-LARCENY can i be giving 39 moths jail time?
this is my 3rd charge. The first charge i was placed on deferred prosecution and second one was dismissed because i was innocent. Now this one they are saying if im convicted i could get 39 months of jail time.
