Q: Minimum standard of care was the cause of fathers death, according to medical records. Can I present facts without att?

Failure to monitor during anesthesia; led to pneumothorax which led to weak lung which led to Pneumonia, led to procedure, led to tube feeds, led to lack of fluids and nutrition, led to paralysis of left side complete, led to bed bound, led to bed sores, led to muscle dysphasia, led to unwanted procedures.

Failure to monitor nutrition and fluids while on tube feeds; led to muiltple extreme dehydration events with a water loss of 13% each event in which recessitation was needed, leading to weakened immune system, led to brain damage, led to weakened cardiovascular system, led to uncontrollable SPB (in the extreme lows, 35/50’s) led to congestive heart failure main arteries clogged 70%, venous doplar showed all arteries clogged in the extreme, led to no care or procedures led to death. Cause of death: dehydration and congestive heart failure. There was a private autopsy done not by the hospital but a private pathologist. All items mentioned is backed by expert physicians in said fields

A: You would be incredibly foolish to try to bring this case yourself. Consult medical malpractice attorneys. Provide them with the medical records. These types of cases require expert opinions regarding the standard of care and causality. Do not try to do this yourself.

A: You cannot do it yourself. You need an expert witness in at least one medical specialty to describe what was done, or not done, that was below the standard of care and caused, in whole or in part, your father's death. Your medical description of the events preceding your father's death demonstrate that you do not have this knowledge.
