Q: im recently seperated, can my ex keep my boys from me? what about false accusations?
Ex was recently arrested for dui-d and is threatning to keep boys away until WE both get help. there are no documentation giving him custody temp. or anything. Our boys continue to live with him for the sole reason he doesnt lose ownership of his government home. He was arrested and charged with filing false report with police against me. same night as the duid. Do i really have cause to be worried

You should consult an experienced Family Law Attorney, in your area, for help with this problem. You need to file an action for custody and visitation if he tries to keep the kids away from you.
If you were never married to him, YOU are considered to be the person entitled to custody.
