Q: my husband ex put child support on him but he wants to fight for his children what can we do?
my husband has two children in garland TX the mom put him in child support on him... but he does help her we have the kids in vacation. the mom tells my husband that he will never see the kids again . we also bring the little kid thats not even his over here to oklahoma city so what can we do to win the case my husband wants to get his kids over here with him. the mom of the kids live in a apartment with like 7 people an a 2 bed room apartment.
