Q: I have just recently purchased a vehicle from a local buy here pay here lot and I think Im getting screwed.
There are multiple factors to the situation: the car is not in proper functioning order as was promised, and my contract for financing is not for the price which was agreed upon with the salesperson(the amount is higher).

Did you actually sign the contract knowing this? You will want to carefully review your paperwork to see what, if any GUARANTEES were made in writing.
