Q: Man w/ 2 prior strikes, is considering 12 years plea on a parole violation to avoid 3rd strike....

1st strike in 93 cntrlld subs intent sell. W/ firearm 11370.1(a)HD pled guilty served 7(?)years then stayed out of trouble for 7(?) Years

2nd strike in 2014, 1st degree residential Burg. 459-460(a) PC w/M burg tools.

Served 85%of 4 year sentence . Was out 6 months then violated b/c he grabbed his wife from behind and terrorist threat . A passer by witnessed and he fled, emerg. protect order was placed. This was a violation of his parole. He then violated the order but police couldn't act on it b/c they never served him with it originally. His P.o. Violated him( case P-03178). He doesn't have a lawyer that's why hes ready to sign for 12 years. If he had a lawyer could he beat the 3rd strike thing?

A: a lawyer needs a lot more info

i assume if he got an offer he has a lawyer. that is the person you should talk to as s/he has all the info in a file and i do not.
