A: You should consult an experienced Family Law Attorney, in the county where it's filed, for help with this problem. There should be a document called Standards for Reunification detailing what you must do to get your kids back. If you've done all required, it shouldn't be too hard to get them back. It would help if you would contact the court clerk and get a complete copy of the guardianship file to give to your attorney. Call the court clerk and arrange to get a copy. Ask for a copy of the docket sheet too. Good luck.
