San Jose, CA asked in Car Accidents for California

Q: I was in auto accident ( not at fault) in 2015 totalled my truck and they paid it off but they never paid my medical bi.

I was told that they would pay the bills then just found out my credit is real bad because of these unpaid medical bills. Now they say statue of limitations is up. Is there anything I can do. I had full coverage?

A: So sorry, nothing I can think of since the Statue of Limitations is up, I really wish you contacted an attorney to help you, any reason why you didn't think of asking an attorney sooner to help you to not only get your bills paid but to also get paid money in a settlement for yourself?

in the future tell others to contact an attorney as soon as possible, there is no fee unless they obtain a settlement for you- it is a good deal to have someone work for you without paying the normal fees only get paid if they win.
