Q: what kind of lawyer do i need if i am going after my landlord for poor living conditions

Toxic mold, leaky pipes, and a list of repairs promised to be done but never have been done. Such as Garage door opener is not operational, dishwasher when draining leaks all over counter tops, storage area that was supposed to be cleaned out but never has. broken door knobs, leaky sink in upstairs bath, black mold all over downstairs bath and clothes closet so cant even use those rooms. Had an air quality specialist in and his reports showed micotoxins in the air. leaky pipes outside the home. Broken cabinet door. cracked glass on front door and the list goes on
