Q: Ok this is the situation I forged some checks from my old company. The owners found out and were not filing charges

They said they would work with me we figured out all the amounts and stuff. Ikki continued to work for them except from home. And then all of a sudden now 8 months later they filed charges on me and now the amount is so way more then we talked about and there saying that I continued to write checks which I did not. My ? Is iim supposed to go talk to the Detective tomorrow so he can get my side of the story, mind you I have priors for forgery. He said he's not gonna arrest me but I did do the crime just now I don't know what to do should I go ijn there and say I been advised by counsel not to say anything. I just don't want them showing up to my house cause I don't want my son to have to see anything .Help whatg do I do

A: DO NOT talk to anyone! Immediately call a defense attorney who is local--I'm always available. There is no such thing as "Detectives just wanting to talk." They talk to build evidence--lawyer up now. Don't write anything else online because the cops and DA look through these sites.
