Q: My son had a juvenile and in adult charge, he’s 17, if he convicted for the adult he has to go back to juvie?

The juvenile systems put him on probation and he broke and committed an adult crime, they arrest him, he put a bail but his probation officer take him back to juvenile center, after a mont the judge decided he need go to TJJD, Tx his attorney remove the bail at the county jail and the Marshall take him back to The County Jail in Fort Wort Tx , now he is waiting for court in County Jail, but he’s attorney told us that doesn’t matter if he get convicted and he has to do time when finish his sentence he has to go back to juvenile prison to to do 9 months and we want to know if that is possible because is possible that my son get 1 or 2 years in jail time then how he going to juvie with 19 years old?

A: It is possible for a person to serve time in the Texas Youth Commission (prison for juveniles) even after they turn 18. Stay in contact with your son's attorney. Good luck.
