Vacaville, CA asked in Criminal Law and Domestic Violence for California

Q: Does a bench warrant for FTA ever expire in the state of CA?

I need to find a pro bono lawyer in the Vacaville area or Sacramento. The bench warrant was issued because I was ordered to take 12 hours of Anger Management & Parenting classes which I didn't have the resources for. So I took them online which said accept by the state of CA but the judge rejected it and ordered me into a physical class which I can't afford nor get to because I don't have a car. This is my first ever offense. The so-called victim made false charges against me so he could abduct my children to TX which I have a pending court case for that. I just want this bench warrant to go away. If the classes were near where I am staying & affordable I am willing to take them again or be on probation or any other alternative to settling this.
