Palm Desert, CA asked in Family Law and Child Custody for California

Q: I'm in desperate need of a pro bono attorney for family law child custody, in Palm Desert CA. Please help.

I was intimidated by a bias judge I've seen before. I couldn't even speak after weeks of preparing . No one seems to be willing to take a Pro bono case. I'm at my wits end and I can't do this alone again.

A: Check with your county bar association if they have a volunteer attorney program where someone might be able to help you.
