A: The lady who taunted the dog would be the person at fault. You were only a witness. If the lady files suit, and you are called as a witness, you should tell the truth. You are an innocent victim in this. The chances are slim that this will happen, as mot cases settle long before a suit is filed.
A:
Do you have a question?
The owner of the dog is responsible for dog bites. The victim can have comparative fault for their own conduct. If you are a witness, tell the truth.
