Q: Why does a suit that was filed in state court go to Federal court? On a slip and fall, if your witness is the asst

Manager of the store where you had the slip and fall, is that a good thing? He states store was understaffed, therefore, the isles couldn't be checked like they should have, liauod tide was cover the whole isle. They offered 1 million. My attorney thinks it was a misprint? Lord, if I won in Fed court,will they be held to the offer? Or does court honor misprints?
