A: Attorneys cannot quote fees on Justia. But what you are asking is going to be on the low side per hour and for the retainer. You should never chose an attorney based on anything other than expertise and experience. While I recognize that you have a budget, you have to realize that you only get one chance to do this the right way. You may find an average quality attorney for a $5K retainer, but not at that hourly rate. You need to retain the best matrimonial attorney that you can afford, otherwise you may not get the results you want. Depending on the overall financial situations of both parties, you may even get awarded attorneys fees. Do not let geographic restrictions get in the way of retaining the best attorney. Pick the best attorney you can find and remember one rule: a good attorney is generally never cheap, and a cheap attorney is generally never good so don't choose based on price.
