Cocoa Beach, FL asked in Divorce, Child Custody and Child Support for Florida

Q: Hello, I live in Cape Canaveral and need a pro bono divorce lawyer, how do i go about it? It's urgent.

Hello, I have a big problem, My daughter and I are being mentally, emotionally and financially abused by her father, my husband, for awhile now. I am very sick with really bad depression and anxiety, i had graves disease 3 years ago where I had to get radiation therapy because i couldn't even walk, and now it's back and my heart is really bad. Our daughter has always been an A//B honor roll student and he knows absolutely nothing about it. He drinks everyday and now he's doing drugs which i think it's also affecting us because we have a cough that won't go away and when he gets home my heart starts racing as soon as he goes in his room and starts doing whatever he does. I have a doctor's appointment for the 17th but I may have to go to the hospital before that. I have recording and texts of all of this abuse and so does our daughter as he does this in front of her. I don't have any money to even get to the doctor as he doesn't leave us a cent and verbally abuses us everyday. please adv
