A: I am not sure if this was intended as a joke to see what sort of goofy responses you may get from this system or if you have been poorly served by your patent attorney.

USPTO PAIR notes that your application associated with the published application (not a patent) 2012-0055818 was abandoned in August of 2012 for failure to respond to an Office Action.

If for any reason, this is a surprise to you then you need to talk to the patent firm that handled this application for you to see if there is any argument that this can be revived. It is so long ago that may be hard but if the Patent Office mailing to your attorney was not received or there was some other problem, then you may have an argument.
