Q: I am an ex-con with a crystal meth addiction but I was involved in a dv case with my spouse she is an illegal

here's the issue she's an immigrant and she's doing everything the judge asked us to do I'm currently self admitting myself into a drug program rehab to make a change in our situation she is an immigrant from El Salvador with the danger of possibly being deported in the domestic violence report she never put her hands on me she never touch me she was the victim if I'm able to complete with the judge as in if I can do anything else to marry her and keep her here please help me with whatever guidance or advice you can give me we have a one-year-old child and we have two other children which I'm not the biological father but I love them as my own
