Q: Started software company on opt extension . But my opt getting expired soon .How to handle my visa status ?

I'm on F1 OPT .I started software company which builds web applications and bring them to people to use . I'll get money based on how people subscribe to my service or post something . Currently I'm building 3 applications at same time depending on public needs. I'm the 40 % share holder in company and founder of the company. I have another 2 partners in India but they will do development work and will not come to USA at all. Currently no one spending money for my company or any application development. I'm the only one managing everything with little bit money from my credit cards. But I'm expecting once my applications live around the world they we bring huge money . Before that my OPT getting expired nov 2019 . Is there anyway that I can apply GC from my company as a manager and ceo ? or can I apply for h1b or any other visas from my own company ?if not what other options I have ?

A: Possibly, depending on a variety of factors, including how much you plan to invest and how many employees you plan to have. We recommend you talk with an immigration attorney who has experience with investment visas (EB-5).
