Greensboro, NC asked in Divorce for California

Q: what can I sue my spouse for?

I’ve tried to get my spouse to sign paperwork since February of 2018. She has refused due to the benefits she gets from me since I’m military. The military will not get involved in this matter. She finally signed in October our separation agreement. Yet she’s still demanding money from me. I’m tired of dealing with her and I was going to do this peaceful but now I want to sue her for anything and everything possible. Main reason for our divorce is she committed adultery.
