Q: How is my pitchess motion supposed to be fair, when the same court that denied it the first time is doing it again?

How can Ventura County which denied my first pitchess motion, be able to try my second pitchess motion all the judges in Ventura County Courthouse have denied me of all my motions to suppress, numerous Marsden motions, every motion I've giving them they've denied. And today Scott Hendrickson was there telling the judge which judge to set the remand pitchess motion with and, it was the same judge that denied my first one. I don't understand how they could let Ventura County retry my pitchess motion. They've already proven more than enough to have a biased opinion. all of them. How do I get my word out? my public defender never argued on any of the issues in trial. They won't let me say anything, they put me in such a financial hardship I can't hire anyone what do I do? I got proof of everything that they're doing to me I need help what do I do? Ventura County's a bunch of liars corrupted, ugly people. Why is everyone afraid to help me?

A: much more info would be needed and you need to ask this of a criminal lawyer in Ventura.

i am in palm springs and swore i would never go back to Ventura over 30 years ago.

you might ask the court to appoint another defense lawyer if you feel you are not getting competent representation.........but i can't comment if that is a prudent idea.

A: Just because you are losing doesn't mean the judge is biased. If your case is venued in Ventura, a Ventura judge is going to hear your Pitchess motion. The judge who heard it the first time should be the judge who re-hears it, to avoid inconsistent rulings.
