Long Beach, CA asked in Criminal Law, Civil Rights, Constitutional Law and Gov & Administrative Law for California

Q: Can a DA have only your witnesses excluded And only keep his witnesses? Isn't a 12 white 1 Hispanic jury bias or racial?

I've been convicted and the courts have lied denied and abused the justice system. For judicial economy. They have set fees and fines before I was even convicted. December 11th 2018 had gotten mail from Ventura County Superior Court sying if I dont pay them 6.200.00 dollars by January 11th 2019 they would have the IRS take it and my appeal wasn't even over. The pitchess motion wasn't until January 4th 2019. I'm also in prison is what it says on the internet. I showed public defender who verified it and then told the da and judge. DA acted like he didn't know. He's the prosecutor that's been on my case since 2012. Why wouldn't he know? And I've never been to prison. Can I stay?
