Issue with a State agency violating the State laws for placement with grandmother, the agency falsified report before the court in order to get delays for placement with grandmother upon mothers request Motions were filed in this case nothing but resets for over a year now. December 2018 was the last order signed by a Judge leaving child with a non family member.
A: i think in this scenario it is important to place the child with a family member. in that case if you can prove that state agency made that fake report, you can file an appeal against that order in court of appeal.
