Charlotte, NC asked in Traffic Tickets for South Carolina

Q: I was stopped the other day by two local officers while leaving the pharmacy. Officer stated I was speeding and ran.

When I approached my vehicle after leaving the pharmacy, 2 officers pulled up to my car with sirens on. The officer got out and approached me saying that i had been speeding and ran from him. He issued me 4 tickets totaling $1575 and towed my vehicle. I printed off my time sheet that shows I clock out at 3:28 pm and also 2 receipts showing the times of 3:56pm and 3:58pm from the pharmacy. On the 4 tickets I was issused he has a violation time of 1600 or 4pm. I had not even made it back to my vehicle by that time. What can I do to fight this?
