Q: Can another person's insurance company not pay you for a claim if your car was hit while parked on a red curb in MD?
There were no signs, fire hydrant, or fire lane marked. Have hospital's video of my car being hit.
A: No. Confirm they are not paying in writing. Then file a complaint with the Attorney General Office of Consumer Affairs and with the Insurance Commissioner.
