Q: I have a question I was a passenger in a car accident in 2017 and the guy never reported it cause it was his dads ute

hey claimed insurance an said that the guy driving wasn’t driving cause he was on drugs an not insured to drive it so his dad claimed it was him an got paid out insurance so the driver didn’t want me to go to the hospital but I ended up going to my gp cause I needed scans
