Charged with failure to yield right of way. How do i prove no damages. claim keeps getting denied.
A: If you were hurt and have substantial medical bills you should pursue your case by retaining an attorney with your proof.
A: It is hard for me to tell whether you were hit or whether you hit someone else. Pls call my office and we would be glad to see if we can help you. 512-888-9999.
A: It's not clear who was charged. Plead not guilty if you were in a cross walk. If you were hurt see a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Assn in your county. They give free consultations.
A:
Look into whether there were any surveillance cameras in the vicinity that support your version of events.
