Q: Suspended but not involved in the allegations
I work at the bank.. Money was lost and suspect was found but suspect borrowed me the stolen money not knowing that it was stolen. Is there a case for me?

If you are in possession of money stolen from the bank where you are employed you are in very serious trouble.
The very first thing you should do is give the stolen money back to your supervisor at the bank. Everything will fall into place after that.
