She is in georgia, but the child support case is in florida
A: In Florida not seeing your child (timesharing is blocked by other parent) is not a reason to modify child support. You can go to court to enforce the timesharing provisions.

A: The issue of child support is not connected to the issue of visitation. If you are liable for child support you cannot lawfully avoid it by saying you can't see the child. File something in the court having jurisdiction; the mother may have violated the divorce decree by moving to Georgia.
