Q: A man pointed a pistol at my head after his mother and i had a short exchange of unkind words. What are my rights?
The mother asked her son to do this and he did. They will not leave me alone, I've had problems with them for about 4 yrs. He was popped for selling narcotics to an U.C. officer about 4 or 5 yrs ago and served probation. I have been verbally threatened by the mother after this incident occurred. I pressed charges and he was initially charged with pointing a firearm at another and disturbing the peace. The latter has been dropped i think. I want him to go to prison. I've been yrs ago and i think it would prob help him like it did me.
